穴位埋线联合耳穴压豆治疗原发性痛经的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Ear Pressure Beans on Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的观察穴位埋线联合耳穴压豆治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将80例原发性痛经患者按不同的治疗方法分为2组:观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组于经行前1周开始穴位埋线,穴位:关元、气海、子宫、天枢、次髎、三阴交、肾俞,辩证加减穴位:气滞血瘀加取太冲,寒凝血瘀加取阴陵泉,湿热瘀阻加取肝俞,气血虚弱加取足三里,肾气亏虚加取中都;耳穴压豆:以子宫、内分泌、交感、神门为主穴,辩证配穴为:寒凝血瘀配肾、脾,气滞血瘀配肝、上屏尖,气血虚弱配心、脾,湿热瘀阻配肝、胆,肾气亏虚配肝、肾。对照组痛经第1天采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。观察2组患者治疗3个月经周期后及随访3个月的临床疗效情况。结果观察组治疗3个月经周期后、随访3个月治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线联合耳穴压豆治疗原发性痛经可显著改善患者的痛经症状,无明显的不良反应,且不易反弹,是一种治疗痛经较理想的方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with ear pressure beans on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Eighty patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group. Patients in observation group were treated with catgut implantation at Guanyuan, Qihai,Zigong,Tianshu, Ciliao, Sanyinjiao and Shenshu 1 week before menstruation.Dialectical acupoint：Taichong was added for Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Yinlingquan for cold stasis,Ganshu for damp heat and blood stasis,Zusanli for Qi and blood deficiency,and Zhongdu for kidney Qi deficiency;Ear pressure beans：uterine,endocrine, sympathetic and Shenmen were the main points ;Dialectical adjunct acupoints： cold stasis with kidney and spleen, Qi stagnation and blood stasis with liver and screen and spleen, damp heat and blood stasis with liver and gallbladd tip, Qi and blood deficiency with heart er, and kidney deficiency with liver and kidney. Patients in control group were treated with sustained release ibuprofen capsule formulations on the first day of dysmenorrhea. Clinical efficacy was observed after 3 cycles of menstruation and follow- up for 3 months.
