技能竞赛促学生核心技能培养的研究——以高职商务日语专业为例

Study on the Skills Competition for Promoting Students' Core Skills Cultivation

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》从提高教学质量角度,提出高职教育要开展职业技能竞赛。技能竞赛可大力推进新时期职业教育的改革与发展,是培养学生职业技能、提升学生的就业竞争力、提高学生实践能力及适应社会需求的有力保障。针对高职教育特点,高职商务日语专业应坚持课内教学与课外实践相结合原则,着重培养学生日语语言技能和职业岗位技能,形成本专业核心竞争力。

Country＇s Medium- and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline puts forward that higher vocational education should develop vocational skills competition from the angel of increasing teaching quality. Skills competition can advance the reform and development of vocational education in the new period. It is the useful guarantee for cultivating sutdents＇ vocational skills, promoting their employment competition, increasing their practical ability and adapting to social requirement. According to the characteristics of higher vocational education, higher vocational business Japanese major should stick to the principle of combining classroom teaching with practice after class, and pay attention to cultivate students＇ Japanese language skills and vocational post skills to form core competition.
