Approaches of Strengthening the Construction of "Lei Feng Type" Instructors Team

围绕渤海船院雷锋型辅导员队伍建设的科学内涵设计实践载体,具体设计了辅导员培养培训八大平台建设,即辅导员工作技能展示平台,辅导员的奖励、激励机制平台,辅导员理论学习平台,辅导员工作经验交流、业务研究、成果共享平台,学习雷锋活动常态化、机制化平台,辅导员竞争、考核评价机制平台,典型引路平台建设。其中重点探索雷锋型辅导员队伍创建的途径和方法。

This paper surrounds the scientific connotation to design practical cartier for the construction of ＂Lei Feng type＂ instructors team in Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College. It designs 8 platforms of constructing instructors cultivation, including instructors＇ working skills displaying platform, instructors＇ rewarding and motivating platform, instructors＇ theory studying platform, the platform of instructors＇ working experience communication business study and result share, platform of normalization and mechanism for learning Lei Feng Activity, platform of instructors＇ competition and evaluation mechanism, and platform of constructing typical guidance, among which the approaches and methods of constructing Lei Feng type instructor team is the emphasis needed to be explored.
