摘要
高职院校专业课教师群体的生存状态、心理健康状态、执教状态等直接关系到高等职业教育的未来发展。然而,一些高职院校单纯注重提高教育教学质量,重视提升学校的硬件条件,对专业课教师设置高标准的严格要求,却相对忽视了对教师职业生涯及其心理行为变化的关注。对高职院校专业课教师职业倦怠问题进行研究,通过问卷调查和人口学变量分析,对高职专业课教师职业倦怠的不良表现及成因进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出解决问题的对策具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。
Future development of higher vocational education is directly related to the living condition, psychological health and teaching condition of professional teacher in higher vocational colleges. However, some higher vocational colleges simply pay attention to improve the teaching quality of education, attach great importance to improve colleges' hardware conditions and implement high standards of strict requirements for professional teachers. Professional teachers' career and psychological behavior change are relatively ignored. This paper studies on the problem of burnout for professional teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through questionnaire and demographic variables, it makes a deep analysis on the poor behavior and causes of burnout for professional teachers in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of it, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of solving these problems with important theory meaning and actual meaning.
