Study on Psychological Condition and Intervention for Students Violating Discipline in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等教育的大众化,导致生源质量下降、高职学生违纪现象日益严重,从而影响正常的教学秩序。关注违纪大学生成为广大教育工作者研究的热点。了解违纪学生的心理特点、违纪原因及心理干预措施,有利于辅导员工作的开展,防止大学生违纪现象的滋生与蔓延。

The popular advanced education leads to the fall of students＇ quality, and the serious phenomenon of higher vocational students violating discipline, which affects the normal teaching order. It becomes the hotspot for educational workers to pay attention to students violating discipline. This paper understands the psychological condition, analysis and the reasons of violating discipline for students. It adopts scientific and reasonable psychological intervene measures to assist the development of instructors＇ work. It can prevent the growth and extension of violating discipline phenomenon for college students, and promotes students＇ healthy growth.
