摘要
本文根据目前电信行业业务支撑系统特别是计费系统的特点,指出电信客户信用风险评估的重要性。在此基础上,本文分析了电信客户信用风险评估和支持向量机的特点,并提出了针对电信客户信用风险评估的支持向量机信用风险评估模型。
This paper points out the importance of credit risk evaluation of telecom customers according to the characteristics of business support systems in the currently telecom industry, and also analyzises the characteristics of the SVM and the credit risk evaluation of telecom customers. In the end, it proposes the credit risk evaluation model of telecom customers based on SVM.
