本文根据湖北大学MBA综合改革教学需求和教学实践要求,通过创新研究运营管理教学方式,重点分析综合实验课在课程教学中的重要性,介绍了《运营管理》课程创新实验教学内容,并以其中三个典型实验为例,探讨实验课程在《运用管理》教学中的运用方法和作用。

Operations Management is a multidisciplinary course with engineering characteristics and management features. It is the compulsory professional core course for MBA students, with strong theoretical and operability. Based on the comprehensive reform of Hubei University MBA teaching needs and teaching practice requirements, through innovative research operations manage- ment teaching methods, this paper focuses on the importance of the comprehensive laboratory course in teaching, introduces the innovative experiment teaching content of Operations Management course.
