摘要
对成人学习者进行自我导向学习意识、态度和能力的培养,是终身教育时代与信息时代成人教育发展的价值取向,也是当前成人教育改革关注的重点。开发一门旨在促进成人学生学习能力提升的非学科性的自我导向学习课程,是推进成人教育课程改革、提升成人学习者自我导向学习素养的一种探索。本文对自我导向学习课程开发的背景、目标、原则,以及主要内容、教学方法和课程评价等方面进行论证,从而确立课程的基本构架,以促进该课程的开发与推广。
The cultivation of self - directed learning consciousness, attitude and ability of adult learners is the value orientation of adult education development in the era of lifelong education and the information age, and focus of the current adult education reform. Developing a non -academic self - directed learning course is to enhance the study ability of the adult students, and to promote a- dult education curriculum reform. This article demonstrates the development background, objec- fives, principles of self- directed learning curriculum, as well as the main content, teaching method and curriculum evaluation are discussed, so as to establish the basic framework of the curriculum and to promote the development and promotion of the course.
