摘要
对高校图书馆人力资源配置的现状进行分析,认为其配置不合理,高素质人才缺乏,进人制度不健全,提出应建立图书馆职业资格准入制度,在建立职业资格准入制度方面应同时制定队伍建设和稳定及提高人员素质的培养措施。
the present situation of university library human resource allocation is analyzed, the configuration is not reasonable, lack of high-quality personnel, admission system is not perfect, we should establish the library occupation qualification admission system, and at the same time, put forward some cultivation measures of team construction and stability and improve the person quali- ty nel.
