摘要
面对赣州快速开放化、城镇化、现代化和多元化的转型发展,赣州市人力资源管理的管理理念相对滞后、管理机制不够先进、服务体系不健全和战略结构不协调等问题逐渐浮出水面。赣州人力资源管理应该发挥后发优势,抓住国家支持原中央苏区振兴发展难得契机和转型发展所带来的机遇,积极进行战略化、灵活化、专业化、信息化、特色化和服务化改革探索,促进赣州发展快速转型、协调发展。
