基于农推理论的农业保险推广

Agriculture Insurance Extension Based on Some Agricultural Extension Theories

农业保险在保障农产品供给、增加农户收入、维护农村安稳等发挥着不可替代的作用。但是我国农业保险发展存在很多问题,特别是在广大农村地区,农民不了解农业保险,这对于我国这个自然灾害频发的农业大国而言是个危险的信号。基于一些农业推广理论,试着分析农户是具有购买农险的潜在需求的,在农户考虑购买农险这个过程中,农业推广人员应发挥积极作用,努力引导农民更积极、自觉购买农险。文章针对区域差异性提出了2种试推广模式。

Agriculture insurance plays an irreplaceable role in the supply of agricultural products, increasing farmer income, maintaining rural stability. But the agricultural insurance development in our country exists many problems, especially in the vast rural areas, farmers do not know even do not heard of the agriculture insurance, which is a dangerous signal for agricultural - based and natural disasters frequent - happening in our country. Based on some agricultural extension theories, this paper tries to analyze that farmers have a potential desire to purchase agricultural insurance. When farmers are in the process of considering buying agricultural insurance, the agricultural promoters should act on their role to guide peasants to buy agricultural insurance actively and conscious- ly. According to regional difference, this paper puts forward two promotion models.
