摘要
随着我国经济社会的快速发展,市场营销已渗入到各行各业。社会对营销人才的需求在日益增大,同时,对营销人才的能力和素质也提出了更高的要求。通过对营销人才社会需求情况进行调研分析,找出高校人才培养与社会需求的差距,提出高校培养市场营销人才的具体措施。
With China's rapid economic and social development, marketing management has been applied to all walks of life. Our society needs more and more professional marketing talents. Meanwhile, it also asks for the further demands for marketing talents in terms of capacity and quality. Through the research and analysis of the social demand for marketing personnel training and social needs, find out the gap of talents in Colleges and universities, and puts forward specific measures for cultivating marketing talents in universities.
