摘要
在梳理日本海水淡化产业政策及其海水淡化产业发展历程基础上,对日本海水淡化政策的得失进行了分析,并以此为参照,重新审视中国的海水淡化产业政策。
On the basis of having combed out Japan＇s policy on the seawater desalination Industry and its history of development, the gains and losses of the Japanese seawater desalination industry policy have been analyzed. Using the Japanese policy as reference, the desalination industry policy in our country is reexamined and reassessed.
