Attempt and discovery of the study-discuss teaching pattern in communication Specialty English

目前高校通信类专业英语教学现状不容乐观,需探索更有效的教学手段。文章结合教学实践,论述了通信类专业英语研讨式教学改革的具体措施。两年的教学改革效果表明,将研讨式教学引入通信类专业英语的教学过程中,能显著提高教学效果。

Nowadays, teaching methods adopted in ESP （English for Specific Purposes） in communication are not very well in college, So we need to explore more effective methods. Combined with teaching practice, this article introduces a Seminar Teaching method in ESP Two years of teaching reform results show that the introduction of the Seminar Teaching in ESP can significantly improve the effectiveness of teaching.
