近年来,福建省在粮食安全方面取得了一定的进展,但仍存在着粮食安全方面的隐患。粮食流通安全问题的重要性日趋上升,逐步成为影响粮食安全的主要瓶颈。物流贯穿于粮食流通全过程,能够有效地衔接粮食产销环节,保障粮食流通安全。然而,福建省的粮食流通安全体系仍不成熟,无法满足粮食安全的需求。在此基础上,亟需对福建省粮食流通安全问题及其发展对策进行研究。
