草莓组培苗继代培养基筛选试验

Screening of the Propagation Medium of Fragaria × ananassa Seedlings in Vitro

以花药离体培养的草莓组培苗为试验材料,通过转接入不同的继代培养基中,比较培养基中的基本培养基选用、激素配比、所用水质、糖质选用、琼脂添加量对于组培苗增殖的影响情况。结果得出草莓组培苗增殖扩繁的最佳培养基为:基本培养基选用MS,添加2 mg/L的6-BA,采用自来水配制,添加市售白砂糖40g/L,琼脂粉添加量为5 g/L。

Fragaria × ananassa seedlings in vitro of segments were used as test materials and they were cultured on different propagation medium to study effect of basic medium,hormones,water,the selection of carbohydrate,the amount of agar on the propagation.The results showed that the best medium was MS,in which 2mg/L 6-BA plus 40 g/L white sugar and 5 g/L agar.Tap-water was used in the medium.
