摘要
通过从进出口总额和进出口商品结构两方面对吉林省农产品出口现状进行分析,用国际市场占有率指数(MS指数)、贸易竞争优势指数(TC指数)和比较优势指数(RCA指数)对吉林省农产品出口竞争力进行研究。结果表明,吉林省出口农产品有很大潜力、竞争优势较弱、国际竞争力较强,但国际竞争力呈下降趋势。本文针对提高吉林省农产品出口竞争力提出了加强农产品基地建设、实施龙头企业带动、提高企业加工水平、实施品牌战略等4条建议。
The status quo of agricultural exports of Jilin Province was analyzed from the total import and export value and import and export commodity structure.The competitiveness of agricultural exports of Jilin Province was studied by international market share Index(MS Index),trade competitiveness index(TC Index),and the comparative advantage index(RCA Index).The results showed that there was a certain potentiality in exports of agricultural products in Jilin Province,but the comparative advantage was weak.The international competitiveness was rather strength but it was declining.Four suggestions for boost the competitiveness of agricultural exports of Jilin Province were put forward in the paper,i.e.,strengthening establishment of agricultural production base,carrying out strategy of leading by mainstay enterprises,raising the level of processing industry,and implementing strategy of famous trademark.
