西安市基础教育信息化资源均衡配置的策略研究

Research of balanced allocation strategy of basic education informatization resources in Xi'an

合理有效的配置基础教育资源是实现基础教育均衡发展的基础,而在大力实施教育信息化的今天,我们更加关注的是信息化资源的均衡。文章通过问卷调查和实地访谈,对西安市八所不同层次中小学的基础教育资源配置现状进行了调查分析,主要针对西安市基础教育信息化资源的均衡配置存在的问题从政策、师资配置、经费与基础设施、教师专业发展、资源共建共享五个方面提出了一些可行的策略,以期为西安市的基础教育资源的均衡配置提供参考。

Reasonable and effective allocation of basic education resources is the foundation for achieve a balanced development of education.When we are vigorously carrying out education informatization at present,we should pay more attention to the balance of informatization resources.Through survey and field interview,we investigated the current status of basic education resources allocation at 8 primary and secondary schools of different levels in Xi ＇an.In view of the problems of balanced allocation of Xi ＇an ＇s basic education informatization resources,we propose some feasible strategies regarding the policy,allocation of teachers,funds and infrastructure,teachers ＇ professional development,and resources sharing so as to provide some reference for future relevant research.
