Investigation and analysis of requirements for professionals of medical imaging technology in Hebei Province

通过对河北省及周边省市各级医院未来三年对医学影像技术人员需求状况调查,进一步明确了高职医学影像技术专业人才培养定位,指出应加大应用型、复合型、技能型人才培养力度。

We investigated the demands for medical imaging technology technicians in the next three years by hospitals in Hebei Province and the surrounding regions in order to further understand the orientation of medical imaging technology personnel training at higher vocational schools.We should strengthen training of medical imaging technology personnel of application-oriented,comprehensive and skill-oriented types.
