摘要
针对脆性金属材料在数控车削时出现的问题,以一种拉伸试件的加工为例,针对其材料特性和加工特性,从加工工艺、刀具、加工方案、装夹方法、编程技巧等几个方面,探索数控车削技术,以提高生产效率,保证加工质量。
To solve the problems existing in CNC turning brittle metallic materials, taking the processing of a stretch test piece as an example, aiming at material properties and processing characteristics, in aspects of the processes, tools, processing programs, clamping methods, programming skills, CNC turning technology was explored to increase production efficiency and assure process quality.
