摘要
在超声振动深孔珩磨装置的设计中,超声振动系统的结构设计是关键,通过对挠性杆-油石座振动系统的理论分析,计算出了相关的结构参数,然后结合振动试验,确定了该系统的频率方程的修正系数,并通过试验,验证了修正系数。
The structural design of the ultrasonic vibration system is one of the key issues in the design of ultrasonic vibration deep-hole honing device. On the basis of the theoretic analysis of the flexible lever-oil stone bed vibration subsystem, the related struc- tural parameters were calculated, and then combined with vibration test, the correction factor for the frequency equation of the system were determined. The test is passed, and the correction factors are verified.
