摘要
油套管特殊螺纹接头具有连接强度高、密封性能好等优点,但加工精度和难度都要高于普通螺纹。受其结构特点的限制,在刀具选用方面存在一定的难度和技巧。作者结合XGC1特殊螺纹接头现场加工过程,从螺纹加工刀片、刀杆的选用和刀具的装夹方式以及刀具磨损方面进行分析,认为刀具的选用是一个理论结合实践的过程,应结合自身的加工设备和生产环境,合理科学地选用加工刀具。
The premium connections of casing and tubing had advantages of high strength in connection and good sealing per- formance, but its processing precision and degree of difficulty should be higher than that of ordinary thread. Limited by its structural features, there were some areas of difficulty and skill existed in the tool selection. Concerned with XGC1 Premium Connections process- ing on site, the thread processing blade, arbor clamping tool selection and methods and tool wear were analyzed. It is considered that the choice of tool is a process of theory concerned with practice, should be combined with its own processing equipment and production environment, and rationally and scientifically selecting cutting tools.
