摘要
应用表面响应法建立响应面模型,确定影响陶瓷材料机加工质量的主要因素,优化工艺参数。从切削刀具的材料、前角、后角、主偏角,以及机加工的背吃刀量、进给量、切削速度三大切削要素,分析了陶瓷材料切削加工的工艺技术,给出了相应参数的优选值。据此实践,能够达到陶瓷零件机加工效率高、质量好、成本低的效果。
The response surface model was established through application of surface response method, then the main impact fac- tors of ceramic machining were determined, and the process parameters were optimized. The mechanical machining technology of ce- ramic materials was analyzed, and the corresponding optimal parameters were proposed including cutting tool material, rake angle, clearance angle and edge angle, and three cutting elements such as cutting speed, cutting depth and feed. According to the optimal pa- rameters, high efficiency, good quality and low cost can be achieved to machine ceramic parts.
