摘要
数控车削以低碳高锰材料为主的铁路横侧梁连接座时,切屑呈带状,严重干扰正常加工,刀具过早磨损,切削效率低。通过控制切削过程、合理匹配切削用量、优化走刀路线及数控加工程序、设计及选用合适的刀具,实现了工艺优化,提高了加工效率,节约了成本。
When NC turning railway horizontal side beam connection seat which material is mainly low carbon high manganese, chip is strip, the normal processing is serious interfered, cutting tool is weared prematurely and cutting efficiency is lower. Through controlling cutting process, matching cutting parameters reasonably, optimizing tool path and NC program, designing and selecting appropriate cutting tool, the process optimization is realized, machining efficiency is raised, cost is saved.
