经济型柔性制造系统是为中、小型加工企业提供了一种对现有常用的机加工设备进行改造的方法。通过加装柔性模块化夹具,将相关的机加工设备和测量设备进行紧密联系,从而避免了工件在二次装夹的过程中产生的定位误差对位置精度的影响,并能实现工件在加工过程中的实时检测。

Economic flexible manufacture system （FMS） provides a commonly available transformation method for machining equipment in small and medium processing enterprises. Through the installation of flexible modular fixture, the machine processing equipment and measuring devices were closely linked, therefore avoiding impact of location error of workpiece produced in the two times clamping process on the position accuracy. Real-time detection in workpiece in machining process can be achieved.
