摘要
介绍了12V柴油机机体精铣缸面、精镗气缸孔数控专机设计的关键技术及设计要点。设计中根据12V机体零件精铣缸面、精镗气缸孔的工序要求,有针对性地设计了机床的各个主要部件,解决了缸面平面度、缸套孔止口深度10+0.05mm、底面0.3°~0.5°mm斜面、φ1630+0.25孔与止口的过渡圆角R0.5^0-0.2mm、各缸止口与缸面的平行度、各缸孔与缸面的垂直度等加工中的瓶颈问题,确保零件工序精度及加工效率。
Key technologies and aspects involving in the design of a special CNC machine for precise milling head face and pre- cise boring cylinder- hole of a V12 diesel engine were explained. Based on the sequential requirements of the process for precision ma- chining head face and bore, major components of a special CNC machine were designed, solving critical machining challenges such as engine blockhead flatness, parallelism between the blockhead and the flange of all cylinders, perpendicularity between cylinder bores and the blockhead, and at the same time providing an engine liner depth of 10+0.05mm, an inclined bottom of 0.3°~0.5°mm, and the transitional round of R0. 5^0-0.2mm between the φ1630+0.25 hole and the flange. So required machining precisions and productivity are ensured.
