摘要
应用Fluent软件,对充、抽气系统的直通式和阶梯式迷宫密封的流场进行了两相流瞬态仿真,并在该流场处于稳定状态时,分析了其压力、速度和相图,证实了该非接触动力密封系统可在最小摩擦损耗的同时,有效地起到密封作用,为超高速电主轴滑动轴承的密封设计提供了新的思路。
Fluent software was used to make two phase flow transient simulation for the straight labyrinth seal and staged labyrinth seal of air filling/extraction system. When the flow field was in a stable condition, its pressure, velocity, and phase diagram were analyzed. It is verified that the non-contact power sealing system has effective sealing function with minimum friction loss. It provides new ideas for sliding bearing seal design of high-speed electric spindle.
