螺栓预拉力对变电钢构架法兰连接节点刚度影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 变电钢构架的法兰连接节点螺栓往往因施工安装环境的限制而达不到规定的预拉力要求,为考察螺栓预拉力对法兰连接节点刚度的影响,对一组刚性法兰节点试件和一组柔性法兰节点试件进行对比试验,通过给试件施加各种荷载来考察螺栓、法兰板内边缘、法兰板相对错动及柱顶的变形情况。试验结果表明:给螺栓施加紧固扭矩的刚性法兰和柔性法兰节点,其轴向刚度、剪切刚度和弯曲刚度均明显小于按照规范给螺栓施加预拉力的法兰节点。 The bolts used in flange joints on substation steel structures often cannot achieve the specified pretension because of the bad construction and installation environment. In order to research the influence of bolt pretension on the flange joints rigidity, a pair of rigid flange joint test specimen and a pair of flexible flange joint test specimen were conducted comparison test. Many kinds of load were exerted the test specimens and the deformation of bolts, inner edge of flange plates, relative slip of flange plates and top of specimens were all investigated. The results indicated that the axial rigidity ,shear rigidity and bending rigidity of both rigid flange joint and flexible flange joint with fastening torque were all significantly smaller than those of these two joints with standard torque.
