摘要
JGJ125—99《危险房屋鉴定标准》(2004年版)所采用的综合模糊评判方法在实际应用中出现评判结果不合理的现象,引起了广泛关注。在标准方法基础上,学者和工程界已提出了一些改进方法,在某些方面使标准方法得到了完善。通过典型工程实例,综合分析了几种成熟改进方法的优缺点,可为完善标准综合评判方法提供参考。
The misjudgment phenomenon by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal JGJ125-99（2004 edition） has aroused wide concern. On the basis of the standard method,it puts forward some improved methods,and in certain aspects the standard method has been to be improved. Through typical engineering examples, comprehensive analyzed of several mature improvement methods, it will be useful for improving the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
