超声回弹法检测攀钢高炉矿渣混凝土强度试验研究

Pangang slag concrete strength experiment by ultrasonic-rebound combined method

采用超声回弹综合法,对制作的高炉渣混凝土试块和普通混凝土试块进行非破损和抗压强度试验。对高炉渣混凝土和普通混凝土的回弹值、声速值进行检测,并对引起差异的原因进行分析。对攀钢高炉渣混凝土,分别用幂函数、指数函数、线性函数和对数函数等模型进行测强曲线拟和回归计算,对各回归模型的精度和误差进行对比,确定最优高炉渣混凝土的函数模型及强度计算公式。

In this paper, both slag aggregate and ordinary concrete samples were made and tested by ultrasonic-rebound combined method. Corresponding strength, rebound and sound velocity value was tested, and index relation and difference between slag aggregate and ordinary concrete was analyzed. Functional model including linear function, power function, exponential function and logarithmic function were choose as regression equations, precision and error to each function was analyzed, optimum functional model and strength calculation formula for slag aggregate was put forward.
