中国光伏发电CDM项目案例分析

Chinese Photovoltaic Power Generation CDM Case Study

通过对2012年6月以前中国成功申请到清洁发展机制(CDM)的16个光伏并网发电项目案例的方法学、经济性、可行性、项目存在的特殊问题等进行分析,总结了这些光伏发电项目能够成功申请到CDM的原因,项目实施过程中应该注意到的细节,剖析了一些项目存在的不足并提出了改进措施。最后,结合16个成功的光伏CDM例子探讨我国今后光伏发电产业发展的道路。

This paper introduced CDM methodology,and analyzed economy,feasibility and the special problems of sixteen Chinese photovoltaic（PV）grid-connected projects which were successful applied for the clean development mechanism（CDM）before June 2012.Why these photovoltaic generation project can successfully applied for the CDM and the details which should be paid attention to during the project implementation process were concluded.A deep insight into the project deficiency was given and improvement measures are put forward.Finally,the enlightenment to the further developing of Chinese photovoltaic industry in the future was discussed.
