技术赶超战略研究述评

Review for Technology Catch-up Strategy Research

技术追赶一直是我国学者和政府所关注的问题,只有实现技术上的追赶才有可能实现领先,最终真正由大国向强国迈进。要进行技术赶超,首先要了解技术能力,其次应研究技术赶超(提升技术能力以求追赶先发国家,最终达到超越)战略。寻找我国在技术赶超上的劣势,并学习其他国家成功进行技术赶超的经验,进行劣势扭转,达到赶超。本文通过对国内外技术能力、技术赶超战略尤其是作为技术赶超的主体———企业的赶超战略进行研究,对我国技术赶超战略的研究从4个方面提出建议。充分认识到协同创新的重要作用,为了我国在技术能力赶超的战略制定上提供借鉴。

Technology catch-up has always been the concern of the scholars in our country and the government,only pursued on the implementation technology have a possible lead,in the end really from big to strong.To carry on the technological catch-up,first of all it has to understand technical ability,secondly should study technology catch-up（improve technical skills in order to catch up start state,ultimately reach beyond）strategy.To find our disadvantage on technological catch-up,and learn about other countries successful experience for technology catch-up,is used to reverse the disadvantage and to catch up.Through research the domestic and international technical ability,technical catch-up strategy especially as the main body of enterprise technology catch-up strategy,this paper gives some technical catch-up strategy research suggestions from four aspects.Fully realize the important role of collaborative innovation,and in order to catch up with China＇s technical ability of strategy formulation,this paper provides reference.
