仙游抽水蓄能电站输水系统混凝土缺陷处理

摘要 仙游抽水蓄能电站输水系统混凝土在浇筑过程中产生蜂窝、麻面、错台及裂缝等缺陷,文章系统分析了混凝土缺陷成因,详细介绍混凝土缺陷处理方法、缺陷处理材料和施工工艺等,处理后效果良好。不仅解决了混凝土外观质量的缺陷,同时也消除了混凝土质量安全隐患,提高了混凝土的使用寿命,为电站的安全运行打下了良好的基础。 Honeycomb holes,pitted surface,dislocation,cracks and other defects were found during concrete pouring for water conveyance system of Xianyou Pumped Storage Power Station.The paper makes a systematical analysis on the causes of those defects and gives a detailed introduction to methods,materials and construction techniques for defect treatment,by which the defects on concrete appearance,quality and safety are remedied and the service life of the concrete is extended,which provide a good basis for safe operation of the power station.
