双通道生物电反馈治疗中枢神经损伤引起尿失禁的临床观察

Clinical observation on two-channel bioelectricity feedback to treat urinary incontinence caused by central nerve injury

目的探讨双通道电子生物反馈治疗中枢神经损伤引起尿失禁的临床疗效。方法对66例脑卒中或脊髓损伤引起的尿失禁根据膀胱过度活动症状评分表分为轻度、中度、重度尿失禁3组,应用直肠(阴道)内窥式电极及骶尾部电极,间接刺激盆底部肌肉,应用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表、膀胱过度活动症状评分表(OABSS)及尿流动力学检查分别评估3组治疗效果。结果双通道生物电反馈治疗有效率91.2%,观察组OABSS评分明显低于对照组,在尿流动力学指标方面明显高于对照组。结论双通道生物电反馈治疗中枢神经损伤引起尿失禁有显著的效果,对提高尿失禁患者日常生活能力有临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of two-channel bioelectricity feedback therapy on urinary incontinence caused by central nerve injury.Methods 60 cases with urinary incontinence caused by stroke or spinal cord injury were divided into three groups of mild,moderate,severe urinary incontinence according to the overactive bladder symptom score,rectum (vaginal)endoscopic electrode and sacrococcygeal electrode was applied to indirectly stimulate muscle at the pelvic floor ,the International Continence Inquiry Committee incontinence questionnaire,overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS)and urodynamic check were applied to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the three groups respectively.Results The effective rate of two-channel bioelectricity feedback was 91.2% ,the OABSS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the urodynamic indexes were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Two-channel bioelectricity feedback treatment has remarkable therapeutic effect on urinary incontinence caused by central nerve injury,which has clinical significance to improve the daily living activity of the patients with urinary incontinence.
