目的研究心理检测评估不同疗养团队人员疗养效果。方法选择来临潼疗养院疗养的某地区3个疗养团现役军人72名,每组均进行规定的15d疗养,疗养期间采用自然疗养因子、景观、健康教育、有氧运动、心理干预等综合疗养措施,在疗养前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查,并采用配对样本t检验和重复测量的多因素方差分析评估疗养效果。结果疗养期间,士官疗养团、执行任务疗养团官兵心理健康有一定改善。给水团疗养效果不佳,没有明显提高其心理健康程度。不同年龄组,不同学历,是否独生子女,以及不同工作环境的部队官兵,在SCL-90各个因素都没有表现出显著性差异。结论针对不同的疗养官兵工作环境需要制定不同的疗养措施,才能提高疗养效果。

Objective To study psychological detection to evaluate convalescent effect of different convalescent team personnels. Methods 72 convalescents from 3 convalescent teams at Lintong sanatorium,each team accpeted a 15-day rehabilitation,during which comprehensive rehabilitaton measures were taken such as natural convalescent factors,landscapes,health education,and psychological intervention.Before and after the rehabilitation,SCL-90 questionaire,together with t-test of matched samples and repeatedly measured multi-factor analysis of variance,were adopted to evaluate the convalescent effect.Results Rehabilitation made some improvement on psychological health of the sergeant team and the task-execution team ,but not clear in the water-supply team without obviously improving their psychological health.SCL-90 factors showed no remarkable differences in ages,education degrees,only child or not,and different work environment.Conclusion Different convalescent measures for army convalescents should be made in accordance with their different work environment so as to increase the convalescent effect.
