人血管对He-Ne激光的吸收系数和散射相函数的研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用光生物学、基础医学以及物理学的基本理论 ,探讨了人血管组织的激光传播特性 ,定量测定了人血管组织的激光传输参量。采用标准积分球测量了人血管组织样品在 632 .8nmHe Ne激光照射下的透射比T和反射比R ,推算吸收比A。并把分光仪改装为光散射测量装置 ,测量了 632 .8nmHe Ne激光照射下 ,- 90°~ 90°散射角范围内的散射相函数S(θ) ,计算散射余弦平均值 μ。结果表明 :人血管组织受小功率 (P =2 0mW ) 632 .8nmHe Ne激光照射时 ,光强衰减符合指数衰减规律 。 The paper present an investigation on the chara cteristic of laser light transporting in human artery and vein with the aid of t he primary theories of photo-biology,elementary medical science and physics. D iffuse reflectance R and transmittance T of human artery and vein samp les is measured by a standard integrating spheres system,using He-Ne laser in 632.8nm wavelength and the absorbance A was deduced. The scattering phase f unction S(θ) is obtained by the experimental arrangement repacked from a spectroscope at angles from -90°to 90°for human artery and vein samples in 63 2.8nm wavelength and the mean cosines of scatter μ was calculate d. The results show that the attenuation of the transmitted light intensity with sample thickness satisfy exponential attenuation by low power(P<20mW) lase r radiation for human artery and vein and scattering of light in human artery an d vein is highly converse peaked.
