摘要
采用软开关技术降低开关损耗、耐压以及电磁干扰,进一步提高开关频率对电力电子技术的发展是非常重要和关键的方法。概述了软开关技术的产生、功能、分类及其特性等。对准谐振变换电路、零开关PWM变换电路和零转换PWM变换电路的拓扑结构和工作原理进行了分析讨论。
For the development of power and electronic technology,it's very important to decrease the switching power loss,voltage resistance and electromagnetic interfere by the soft switching technology for increasing the switch frequency further.This paper describes the soft switch technology of generation,function,classification and function,etc.The topology structure and working principle of the quasi-resonant converter circuit,the zero-switching PWM convert circuit and the null transformation PWM convert circuit are analyzed and discussed.
