社区景观城市化 居民生活邻里化——以南京市浦口新城保障房方案为例

Community Landscape Urbanization and Residents of the Neighborhood——Taking Pukou New Town Low-income Housing as an Example

文章以南京市浦口新城保障房的规划方案为例,结合城市社区景观空间的发展现状,以"社区景观城市化、居民生活邻里化"为设计理念,在邻里交往、社区景观空间营造的基础上,阐述社区景观空间公共化与居民生活邻里化的设计实践。将社区部分景观沿用地周边设置力图使其与城市空间交融,着力在社区内及社区周边营造出适宜居民交往的异质空间,并将社区内的优质空间展现给城市,与城市公共空间在视觉上共享,意图改善城市公共空间与社区内部空间各自独立互不融通的断层现状。

In this paper, the planning scheme of Pukou new town low-income housing is taken as an to discuss the design practice of community landscape urbanization and residents of the neighborh example ood. The discussion will follow ＂community landscape urbanization, residential neighborhood＂ as the design concept, and set the urban community landscape space development status and neighborhood association as the base. Part of the landscape will be blend with the urban space, aiming at creation of a suitable heterogeneous communica- tion space and quality community space to demonstrate to the city, and to visually share with urban public space, with the intention to improve the isolation between urban public space within the community facility space.
