文章在收集商品住宅楼渗漏问题的基础上,采用ABC的方法选取其中主要的、严重制约住宅工程质量的因素进行分析其原因,结合自身经验提出解决措施。希望通过分析和处理措施,能为解决目前住宅工程中的工程质量问题提供借鉴。

Based on the collected leakage problem of commercial residential building,ABC method has been used to select the factors which influences the quality of residential construction.Combined with its own experiences,it puts forward the solving measures.Through the analysis and treatment measures,it can solve the problems of residential construction engineering quality.
