摘要
贾宝玉形象研究在红学界已是老生常谈,但以社会性别(gender)为视角深刻探究其背后隐藏的深刻寓意仍属少数。本文引介目前国内尚未翻译出版的美国纽约州霍夫斯特拉大学周祖炎教授的《明末清初文学中的双性同体》一书,该书从"双性同体"理论切入,依次从"爱情""原型""大观园"视角揭示贾宝玉的双性同体本质,并且上升到道家哲学和拉康的精神分析学说,深层次探究隐含在性别背后的哲学意义。他山之石,可以攻玉。周教授的双性同体研究偏重政治和社会人生的思考,或为国内相关研究带来启迪和借鉴。
Jia Baoyu's figure research has not the vanward topic nowadays, but discussions oasea on tne gender theory are still quite unique. This paper introduces the American sinologist Zuyan Zhou's monograph which hasn't been published in China to analysis Jia Baoyu's androgyny figure from the prospectives of "love-- prototype--garden". His discussion arrives a philosophical theory of the Taoist school and Lacan to explore the profound gender meanings in the character. Such work from the sinology field will bring the domestic scholars enlightenment and experiences.
