随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,高等学校体育教师队伍也在发展壮大,随之带来了一些问题,师德失范即为其中之一.通过阐述了高校体育教师师德失范的主要表现,分析了教师师德失范的原因,探求失范的预防措施,以期能为加强高校体育师资队伍建设、提高体育教师队伍的纯洁度以及提高高校体育教育质量提供参考.

Nowadays,with the continuous expansion of higher education in China,the gym teachers body is also constantly developing and bringing about some problems,which includes the anomie of the professional ethics.This article expounded the main performance of the anomie of the professional moral of the gym teachers in colleges and universities,analyzed the main causes and pursued the prevention measures in order to give some reference for enforcing the construction of the gym teachers body and improving the clarity of the body and the quality of the physical education in colleges and universities.
