摘要
知识管理是网络信息时代中知识经济的管理课题,其目的是在机构中建立一个鼓励文化创新与技术进步的环境,为机构累积智力资本,提高组织核心竞争力.引入Dalkir的综合知识管理周期模型,以英国高校科技翻译与翻译技术专业为例,分析了该理论框架在教学科研复合型机构中的指导意义以及实际成效,其优势可为国内翻译教学研究和实践工作提供有益参考和借鉴.
Knowledge Management is a new managerial discipline in the knowledge economy of the Internet age.The key aims of Knowledge Management are the popularization of cultural and technological innovations,the accumulation of intellectual capital in organizations,and the improvement of organizational competitiveness.The paper analyses the teaching practices and curriculum of a postgraduate translation course in a British university by using Dalkir's integrated knowledge management cycle.The paper demonstrates that knowledge management is a useful theoretical tool to guide the construction of an research-based academic institution,and regards that these progressive features of this course are beneficial for the development of translation training and translation studies in China.
