摘要
针对尿素融熔泵存在的轴封泄漏问题,从副叶轮密封原理上进行研究,对密封能力进行校核计算,找出影响密封能力的几个关键装配间隙尺寸及其他结构问题等原因,通过调整装配间隙、提高轴承质量、增设过滤器等措施,取得较好效果,最后提出了进一步改进的建议。
With respect to the problem of shaft seal leakage existed in urea melting pump,the study was carried out based on the principle of seal in auxiliary impeller.With the calculation of sealing capacity,several key gap sizes and other structural causes which influence the sealing capacity were analyzed.Then,some measures,including adjustment of assemble gaps,enhancement of bearing quality and increasing filter,were applied,which had quite good effect.The further improvement was finally proposed at the end of this article.
