With four commonly used piping standards and codes in China and foreign countries,the principle of selecting pressure test for industrial piping was introduced.Several calculation methods for testing pressure and the applicable scope for each method were also introduced here.Through the comparison,the guidance of selecting appropriate standard was provided,with which proper form for pressure test and proper method for calculating test pressure can be determined in practice.
