摘要
由于不停输管线的介质、压力、壁厚、流动动态等影响,带压开孔施工具有一定的潜在危险。文中分析和总结了管线不停输带压开孔过程中在线焊接、开孔操作所涉及到的各种风险,并提出相应的安全措施,为确保管线不停输带压开孔的安全施工提供参考。
Hot tapping on no-stop transportation pipeline has certain risk in use for pipeline in view of the factors of fluid,pressure, thickness,flow status,etc.In the article,some risks for hot taping construction are analyzed and summarized from respects of in-service welding and hot tapping on the no-stop transportation pipeline,and the relative safety precautions was,then,stated.It is guidable for hot tapping construction and is more significant for popularization and application.
