摘要
从对幸福以及幸福感的涵义分析入手,认为幸福与道德、节制、美德、乐观等积极品质息息相关,积极品质会影响幸福感的体验,而学生内在的积极品质与生俱来,所缺乏的只是对这种品质的激发,通过分析幸福感缺乏的可能原因,认为学生的幸福感可以通过教育来部分实现,幸福既是一种教育理想,也是一种教育实践;在这种体验与追求的过程中,除了需要学生对幸福拥有正确的认识和态度外,还需要激发和唤醒学生的积极品质,使其具备将心智品质与外在信息相联系的能力,从而最终实现学生具有感知幸福和创造幸福的能力以及享用幸福的能力。
From the happiness and the meaning of happiness ,this paper tries to analyze that happiness is close related to morality ,moderation ,virtue ,optimistic and other positive qualities .These qualities will affect the experience of happiness ,and the students'positive quality is the inherent nature ,but lack excita-tion ,through the analysis of reasons about the lack of a sense of happiness ,this paper thinks that the students'sense of happiness can be realized through education ,happiness is both a kind of ideal about edu-cation and a kind of educational practice .In the process of this kind of experiencing and pursuing ,in addi-tion to make students have correct understanding and attitude ,also need to actively stimulate and arouse students'qualities ,enable them to have the ability to link the mental quality to external information ,and thereby help the students achieve the perception of happiness and the ability to create happiness and enjoy the happiness .
