摘要
针对传统测温电路通常精度不高且比较复杂的问题,提出了一种基于V/F转换的测温电路设计方案。该方案可简化测温电路并且提高测温精度。在阐述目标与环境温差探测原理和环境温度补偿原理的基础上,给出了一种K型热电偶与V/F转换相结合的大动态范围的测温电路。应用RC电路的充、放电理论,分析了该测温电路的V/F转换机制,并进行了相应的实验。实验结果表明了该方案的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of impresion and complexity that the traditional temperature detcction circuit usually has,a temperature detection circuit based on V/F converter is put forward,which can simplify the temperature detection circuit and improve the accuracy of temperature detection.By describing the detection principle of the range of temperature between the target and the environment and the ambient temperature compensation principle,a large dynamic range temperature measurement circuit combing a K-type thermocouple and V/F converter is proposed.The mechanization of the V/F converter is studied on the basis of RC circuit charge and discharge theory.Experimental results show the effectiveness of this method.
