摘要
发动机悬置的主要作用是控制动力总成位移,而悬置限位板在悬置结构中起限位作用。针对某乘用车悬置限位板在车辆实际使用工况中易产生变形和断裂,应用ADAMS分析悬置限位板在车辆行驶工况中的受力情况,应用ABAQUS分析得到该受力下悬置限位板的残余变形及塑性应变,分析破坏位置并提出改进方案。通过改进前后的有限元分析对比及试验,验证改进方案是有效的。
The main function of engine mount is controlling the powertrain displacements, while the function is up on the limiting plate in the structure of engine mounts. Aiming at the deformation trod fracture of the limiting plate of a passenger car in actual use, the suspension limRing plate in the vehicle driving force condition was analyzed with the application of ADAMS software, and the residual deformation and plastic strain under this condition was obtained wilh the application of ABAQUS analysis, from which the damage location was analyzed and the improvement scheme was put forward. By the comparison of the finite element analysis (FEA) and !he experinlents before and ai'ter improvement, the improvement scheme is validated effective.
