辽宁省经济与环境协调发展对策

Countermeasures for Coordinated Development of Liaoning Economy and Environment

研究辽宁经济发展中存在的大气污染、水体污染、土壤污染和矿产资源利用中的环境问题。提出促进辽宁经济增长与环境协调发展的对策:健全法律法规、规范市场秩序;加大环保技术产业的财税支持力度;大力发展循环经济;改变现有的经济、政绩评价体系;推进生态城市、生态乡村建设;树立科学发展、绿色发展理念。

The major environmental problems exist in economic development of Liaoning are studied, those are, air pollution, water pollution, soil contamination and utilization of mineral resources. The countermeasures for promoting coordinated development of Liaoning economic growth and environment are put forward, to improve laws and regulations, and standardize the market order~ to increase taxation and fiscal support on environmental protection technology and industry to vigorously develop the circular economy to change the existing economic performance evaluation system~ to promote eco-city and eco-rural construction~ and to establish the scientific development and green development concept.
