摘要
介绍心理契约的内涵,对中美大学生课堂行为调研情况进行分析,重点分析中美大学生课堂行为差异。运用心理契约理论,分析中美大学生对课堂内学习过程中自身责任和义务感知的差异,进而剖析中美大学生课堂行为差异产生的原因。
The intension of psychological contract is introduced. The research on Chinese and American students' classroom behavior are analyzed, focusing on the analysis of the differences between them. Applying psychological contract theory, the different perceived obligations in class between Chinese and American undergraduates are analyzed and the causes of the differences of undergraduates' learning behavior in class are discussed.
